Been doing taxes since 2008 - trained with and worked 4 seasons for H&R Block, then have been on my own doing returns since 2012. As a performer myself, I specialize in performers, particularly theater folks, and other artists and backstage folks like musicians, directors, writers, stage managers, tech crew etc. I also do a lot of small Schedule C service providers like personal trainers, graphic designers, and gig workers. My focus is middle class taxes, 1040s only, no S-corps or Partnerships.
I would love to learn more about K1s and S-corps and partnerships and how they interact with 1040s so I can better advise my clients on that side. I would also like to get better versed on things affecting slightly higher net-worth people in the 300-600k range. For me, if you have easier 1040's that you want to offload because people don't want to pay your minimum and you want to focus on businesses, I might have availability if they fit my client profile. Or happy to consult on taxes for performers, or NY/NYC issues.
